(Side note: my only disagreement with Martha’s Do’s and Dont’s list is when she says: “Don’t drink water during class.” Sorry, Martha, but I disagree. If you’re in a 90-minute hot or Power Yoga class, it’s essential to have water to help you stay hydrated during class.)
