Maeve with spiritual teacher, author & empathic healer Matt Kahn at Kripalu

Maeve became a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance in 2009. In 2014, she also became a Certified Y12SR (Yoga of 12-Step Recovery) Instructor. Now an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200), Maeve specializes in yoga classes and wellness workshops for groups of all sizes. Prior to moving to Vermont, she taught at various studios, gyms, and universities & colleges in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

She offers vinyasa classes and workshops at Mighty Yoga, the Woodstock Inn & Resort Athletic Club, and Twin Farms, as well as bi-weekly Yoga of 12-Step Recovery classes at Upper Valley Turning Point. In 2018, Maeve also taught yoga to recovering opiate users at Groups and designed a deck of yoga cards for client Flyway Wellness.

Maeve strives to help people not only understand and heal their bodies, but also become aware of their thoughts, habits, and patterns. She conveys how developing self-awareness through the practice of yoga and meditation can guide us toward a more peaceful, loving, and fulfilling life.
